Emotional Regulation
There are many reasons why you might struggle with regulating emotions. This might show up as feeling so overwhelmed by your emotions you don’t know what to do, reacting disproportionately to what is happening, and simply not knowing how to handle big emotions when they come up. EFT is a great tool for managing these feelings so they are full expressed in a healthy way.
Rewiring Beliefs
Our beliefs exist not only in our mind, but in our nervous system too. If you want to install a new belief like, “I love myself exactly the way I am,” it is important to install this belief so deeply that it exists in your mind and your body. EFT Tapping is the perfect way to do that.
Releasing Stuck Emotions
When we suppress our emotions (usually subconsciously) the hormones and chemicals released still exist in your body from the original experience. In order to release it, you can use EFT tapping to move the emotion that’s been stuck and find relief.

Once you’ve booked your session, we will meet virtually. We will take a few minutes to discuss what is bothering you, and what you’d like to shift.
I will teach you the tapping points on your face and body (there are 10!), and explain how tapping shifts your energy. We will start by rating your current state 1-10. I will then guide you through a short meditation and breathing exercise. Then we will move through about 5-6 rounds of tapping pausing in between each round.
We will talk for a few more minutes about how you’re feeling and then, voila, you have a shifted state of being!

When you tap on the meridian points on the face and body, you are telling the stuck energy in the body to move. Once the stuck energy moves, the body can shift into a state of homeostasis (calm and at peace) allowing your original pain or discomfort to dissipate.

Right now, I am only offering virtual sessions over Zoom. If you have a special case scenario and live in the Greater Cincinnati area, I am willing to travel to your house and do a session for an added $30 fee.
