Deep healing is possible for you.

Your subconscious mind is the body. Your body is the subconscious mind.

Our mind and body are an interconnected system. Our emotional wellbeing affects our physiology and visa versa.

Our subconscious mind remembers every memory we have ever experienced since we were born, even if we can’t consciously recall the memory. These experiences become our beliefs, identity, and internal sense of safety.

This includes all of our painful or emotionally intense memories, too.

When we experience these big emotions, especially without the capacity if our nervous system or adequate support, the emotions can get frozen in time and stuck in the fascia of our muscles.

These subconscious body memories can show up as uncomfortable bodily sensations, chronic fatigue, irritability, or in some cases a survival mode response.

When we experience these problems in the body, it is our body trying to communicate to us that something needs to change. It is sending us a strong message to pay attention to it.

Sometimes, this can lead to automatic behaviors trying to negate the discomfort. This might include chronic busyness, consuming substances, and deep avoidance. We do this without conscious thought. Humans naturally try to avoid pain as much as possible.

If you have found yourself here, stuck in chronic emotional pain, feeling lonely, unhappy, discontent, irritable, easily stressed, empty, overwhelmed, angry, unmotivated, fatigued, and bogged down…

There is healing available for you.

How?

Because the body has stored these emotional memories in the subconscious, we have to tap into the subconscious and release the emotion(s) that is/are keeping us stuck.

We tap into the subconscious by “turning off” the pre-frontal cortex, or the thinking brain. We can do this through hypnosis, breathwork, meditation, somatic healing, and inner child healing.

There are a few ways to do that. Some of these emotions simply just need to be acknowledged and that is enough for them to release from your system. Others need to be shown love and understanding through listening and attention. Some might need to be released through breath work. Some need to be empowered and need to be introduced to new information.

Our brain is primed for survival. Meaning it is always scanning your environment for possible threats to keep you safe and to avoid the pain that you have felt in the past at all costs.

Your body can’t lie.

How do we make it stop?

Healing can show up in so many forms. I am here to teach you a few of the ways I have experienced profound, undeniable transformation from being in a chronic shut down response.

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
