13 Powerful Mantras to Change Your Reality

I am SUCH a big advocate for mantras. A mantra is a statement that grounds you back to the truth. Repeating these in your head all day long will eventually spill into your subconscious mind, turning them into solid, default beliefs.
Like I said in my previous post, The 2 Most Powerful Ways to Change Your Subconscious Mind:

With this being said, try to think them (or say them if you can) in a confident, grounded tone. More confidence, the better.
Tone really matters! This will relax your mind and body into the truth of the statement.
Here are a few of my favorites that you can try out to see how they feel when you think them.

I trust in my abilities to overcome any obstacle.

I find strength in moments of stillness and reflection.
I am constantly evolving into my best self.
I approach each task with focus and determination.
I am guided by purpose and aligned with my passions.
Which one spoke to you the most? I recommend picking one or two and flooding your mind with it as much as possible! Write it on your notebook, in your planner, save it as your screensaver on your phone and stick it to your mirror. Eventually, they will stick and become your truth.
