The One Tip You Need To Change Your Default Energetic State

    If you’re not familiar with how much your energy affects your life, keep reading!

    What is the Law of Attraction?

    The Law of Attraction states like attracts like. What does this mean? The energy you give out, you get more of. 

    Your internal energetic state is being reflected back to you in your external life exactly. Your internal energetic state includes your dominant feelings, what is familiar (or safe), and your subconscious beliefs. 

    Are you happy and grateful all the time? Life will give you more things to be happy and grateful about. 

    Do you treat yourself as a high value human? Others will treat you like a high value human, too.

    Are you internally miserable? Life will give you situations that exacerbate your already awful feelings you have inside. 

    Do you feel low and unenergized most of the time? Life will give you more things to suck out your energy. 

    Make sense? This is basic Law of Attraction 101.

    While it sounds simple, many people have a hard time putting it into practice and changing their internal state. 

    How to Change Your Energetic State

    Changing your energetic state involves regulating your nervous system, rewiring your subconscious, releasing pent up emotions, and shifting your perspective.

    For some, this can be a very fast process. For some, it can take a little longer. 

    I have typically been someone where things have taken longer (I have had a lottt of pent up emotions and trauma to release in my nervous system). 

    However! This practice I’m about to show you has been speeding things up for me!

    It improves my mood, gives me more energy, and makes me feel SO much better on the inside. When I feel different, I know I’m on the verge of attracting new experiences. 

    AKA, I am changing my internal energetic state!

    Here is my daily practice to begin shifting your energetic state so you can start attracting better things too!

    Here’s the practice:

    • Place one hand on your heart, one hand on your belly. 

    • Imagine all the crappy feelings you have swirl into a dark cloud at a central location in your body (mine is always in my belly). Feel free to name those feelings. 

    • Hold that there. 

    • Now imagine what you want to call in. Visualize what you want to be your day-to-day life. Imagine how you’ll have to feel in order to do those things. 

      • Tip, notice how I said visualize what you want to be your day-to-day life, NOT the big moments that are fleeting. Yes, you can visualize yourself getting a check, hitting a weight goal, etc. but, you will need to become the person who will hit those goals first. Which means, changing what you do/who you become every single day!

    • (For me, it’s waking up early, doing a workout, eating healthy, and working on my business. I know I’ll need to feel energized and safe in my body to do this.)

    • Now, start taking BIG cyclical breaths, about 2-3 seconds for each inhale/exhale. No pause in between. Make it like a wave. 

    • On each exhale, blow out the dark cloud. 

    • On the inhale, visualize the new image in your mind you want to be your reality. 

    • I imagine that I’m embedding that new scene onto every cell in my body. 

    • Each exhale is a release of what I want to let go of in order to achieve my new energetic state. 

    • On each breath, imagine the breath traveling deeper and deeper into your body. 

    • I do this for no more than 5 minutes. You can do it for longer if you want, but WOW it works so well! And fast!!


    This exercise is great because it allows you to do all 4 things that change your internal energetic state:

    • Regulate your nervous system

    • Rewire your subconscious mind

    • Release pent up emotions

    • Shift your perspective
